For clients
- ✓You set the hourly price and the job details; Bluewave matches and confirms the crew
- ✓The card on file is charged at confirmation; business accounts may be invoiced on approved terms
- ✓Cancellation windows and any cancellation fee are shown before you post
- ✓A one-time conversion fee applies if you hire a professional directly within 12 months of a booking
For professionals
- ✓You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Bluewave (see the independent-contractor notice)
- ✓You set your availability, travel radius, and minimum pay; you may decline any offer without penalty
- ✓You are paid 80% of the client's price plus 100% of any supplies fee, after the job closes
- ✓No exclusivity — you are free to work for anyone, on or off the platform
Disputes and the guarantee
Bluewave stands behind every job. If work isn't completed as posted, contact us within 48 hours and a coordinator resolves it — a re-clean, a credit, or a refund, at Bluewave's discretion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
