How ExtraPro works

Matched, not broadcast

Every offer you get already fits your availability, your travel radius, your minimum pay, and any credentials the site needs. We never send you a job that pays below the minimum you set.

Timed waves

Each offer shows the service, the hours, the crew size, the approximate area, and your exact pay. You have 15 minutes to accept before it moves to the next wave. First accept fills the slot; crews of one to four fill slot by slot.

Declining is free

Declining never counts against you and never lowers your place in line. Your schedule and your minimum pay are respected absolutely — the software has no override.

After you accept

When the crew is full, the job is confirmed. The exact address and the client's contact details unlock on job day. You check in and out from the app, and the job closes when the client confirms the hours.

The split

The client sets an hourly price for the job. You receive 80% of it for every hour you work. Bluewave keeps 20% to cover vetting, dispatch, coordination, and the guarantee to the client.

The supplies fee

When a client asks the crew to bring supplies, a supplies fee of $10 per cleaner per job is added to the client's bill. It passes 100% to you — Bluewave takes nothing from it.

Getting paid

Set up your bank account once, from your phone, in about five minutes. After a job closes, your payout lands in one to two business days. You work as an independent professional and receive a 1099-NEC at year end.

The supplies fee

If you ask the crew to bring supplies, $10 per cleaner per job is added to your bill and passes 100% to the crew. It's shown as its own line on your receipt.

Hiring a crew member directly

Professionals on the bench are independent and free to work for anyone. If you hire someone you met through ExtraPro directly within 12 months of a booking, a one-time conversion fee applies to the client — never to the worker.

Nightly, weekly, or one-off. Restrooms, floors, trash, kitchens, and glass. Typical crew of one to two; going range $26–$38 per hour.

Post-construction

Final clean after the trades leave: dust, glass, fixtures, floors. Typical crew of two to four; going range $32–$48 per hour.

Move-out

Apartment and house turnovers, deep cleans, and hoarding or heavy-trash situations by arrangement. Typical crew of one to three; going range $29–$43 per hour.

House cleaning

Residential crews for recurring or one-time cleans. Typical crew of one to two; going range $26–$38 per hour.

Same-day fill

A crew member no-showed at 6 a.m. Post the fill and we go to the bench immediately, with a target of under two hours. Client-priced — the going range is shown, and same-day jobs usually fill faster above it.
